Paleo Tacos

 So I had leftovers for breakfast and lunch and decided I needed to spice it up for dinner! I decided to make tacos! These were delicious and soooo easy. After last night's labor-intensive dinner, I am ecstatic to report that tonight's dinner was cooked, eaten, put away, and cleaned up in 50 minutes! These were fresh, filling, and delicious. Next time I would probably add bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the meat for extra flavor.

Paleo Tacos

Ingredients:
1lb ground beef, cooked and drained
cumin
chilli Powder 
garlic Salt
Tapatio (optional for some spice)
iceburg lettuce, leaves to form cups
olives, sliced
avocado
roasted tomato salsa (mine was from Trader Joe's)

1. Cook beef with all the spices listed. To assemble, add two or three lettuce cups together to make a strong taco 'shell'. Add beef, and then remaining ingredients layered to your choice to make the taco. 


**My review of this is NOM NOM NOM! So great, so easy, definitely recommend it!
