I have been attempting to eat and cook paleo for three months now. Constantly falling off and jumping on the band wagon has got to stop. I know that this will be a challenge for me, but its one I want to take. I guess I'm truly curious what this program can do for me. I am a relatively healthy person that has become a slave to fighting 10 pound battle on the scale. With constant calorie counting and deprivation, followed by empty indulgences, I am left exhausted and unfulfilled. I also have longed for find a blog or page that actually follows what someone eats! Every day, every snack, every silp up included. So I am going to attempt to post all of my meals with recipes included. Also I will track my weight and before and after photos. So here we go!
