Chilli Fries

I made my first paleo chili last week and it was great. I served it with my sweet potato fries two nights, and with baked acorn squash another two nights. It was a delicous treat and a must do. I combined a few recipies that I found online to make this chili recipie. Enjoy!

Chili Fries!

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large steak cut into small cubes
1 large can crushed tomatoes
2 cans diced tomatoes and chilis
1 large onion diced
1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 beef buillion cube disolved in 1/4 cup water
4 cloves garlic minced or about
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbs ground cumin
2-4 tbs chili powder ( I did 4 for spice!)

Directions: Chop up steaks and brown in a large soup Pot. Once almost cooked, add beef and garlic. Saute until beef is nearly cooked through. Then add in bell pepper and onion and saute another 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for at least an hour! Easy Breezy!

Serve with my sweet potato fries or baked acorn squash! If you have any picky eaters, this will show them that paleo can be really tasty and great! Sever with a salad to get some extra veggies and serve as an easy delicious dinner!
