Strips n' Mash

Friday nights I always want some comfort food. Before I went out for happy hour,  I made some tasty food to come home to! I made Coconut Chicken Strips and Garlic Mashed Cauliflower. I served it alongside a coconut dipping sauce. Yum Yum! I still think I missed the traditional BBQ or ranch dip, so I will probably try a Paleo version of that next time. The Cauli-mash turned out great though!
