Paleo Drinking Cheat Sheet

Have you ever had someone ask you what you can "drink" on the Paleo diet? Is skipping cocktails out of the question for you? Are you confused on what you can drink that is in-line with many of the Paleo concepts?

This cheat sheet is a very basic guide on what you can be drinking (if you choose to do so). There is a lot  more in-depth information in my upcoming book Paleo Happy Hour that will explain this in detail. It also contains over 20 delicious drink recipes. What drinks can you come up with using this list? Have a great weekend! Cheers!

    1. I know, I meant to write derived from non-paleo ingredients. Great catch though, I am going to update this soon. :)

  3. Just wanted to add that drinking doesn't always necessarily spike your blood sugar. I have a friend who is diabetic, and he mentions that it ALWAYS makes his sugar level drops, regardless of sugar content or not. I found that rather interesting. Lovely illustration however!

  4. What about soda being listed at the top as a mixer, but then at the bottom under Things to Avoid -> Mixers as well?

    1. club soda is different than "soda or diet soda"... club soda is the clear carbonated water with no flavorings added.
